Sales Enablement Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Lead who will play a key role in empowering our sales teams to succeed in storage and Government sectors. This role involves creating effective enablement strategies, training programs and sales tools while working closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute enablement programs tailored to the storage and defence/Government customer base.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks and structured approaches for enterprise and defence/Government solution selling.
  • Create impactful sales collateral: presentations, proposals, case studies and battle cards.
  • Ensure all content reflects Tsecond’s positioning and meets Government sector compliance requirements.
  • Lead onboarding, training and certification programs for sales teams.
  • Conduct regular workshops to enhance solution selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage CRM dashboards, reporting frameworks and sales analytics.
  • Implement best practices for using tools that drive sales productivity.
  • Work with Product and Marketing to translate complex technical features into customer-focused value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Pre-Sales to address customer-specific Government/enterprise requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Pre-Sales, or Solution Sales within Storage, Data Infrastructure, Big Data/AI, or Defence/Government IT sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of storage systems, enterprise servers and Government procurement processes.
  • Proven track record in developing sales enablement programs and driving adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills at CXO level.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms and enablement frameworks.
