Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Enterprise Sales) to expand Tsecond's footprint in the enterprise and commercial sector. This role focuses on driving adoption of storage, server and big data/AI infrastructure solutions across enterprises, with responsibility for end-to-end sales cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales strategies to win enterprise storage and infrastructure deals.
  • Develop relationships with CXOs, IT Heads and Infrastructure leaders across industries.
  • Identify and convert opportunities in data centers, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing and technology enterprises.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers to design and present customer-centric proposals.
  • Drive revenue targets through effective pipeline management and account expansion.
  • Establish and grow channel partnerships and alliances to accelerate sales reach.
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on pipeline, forecasts and competitive activity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 6–10 years of enterprise IT infrastructure or storage/server sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of storage (SAN, NAS, NVMe), server infrastructure and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Excellent client engagement, relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
