Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Enablement Executive is responsible for end-to-end sales operations execution, deal enablement, CRM governance, and analytical support to ensure sales teams operate efficiently, compliantly, and with f­ull visibility. This role bridges transactional execution and operational intelligence, supporting sales leadership, solution engineering, legal, finance, and partners across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for cross-functional enablement initiatives to equip sales team (sales owners, marketing, product, legal and operations teams ).
  • Review NDAs, BPAs, Reseller Agreements, Partner Agreements, and other commercial documents. Ensure all deviations from standard templates are identified, documented, and routed to Legal for review and approval. Own the contract execution workflow and map it to accurate CRM accounts.
  • Ensure implementation of sales enablement strategy with a proper handoff process.
  • Own onboarding processes for resellers, distributors, strategic partners and certifications for the sales team.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes, including pricing validation, BOM analysis, margin checks and maintain records.
  • Support Sales owners and Solution Engineers in preparing RFIs and RFPs.
  • Own end-to-end CRM operations and governance.
  • Handle special project requests like integrating marketplace portals.
  • Lead technology adoption, AI integration in day-to-day tasks and coordinate demonstrations and meetings.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and up-to-date collateral.
  • Use sales performance data and feedback to identify gaps and optimize enablement programs.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, target tracking, provide insights, monitors funnel, main loss regions, conversion of MQLs to SQLs.
  • Support change management and communication efforts during product launches or process changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Graduation in IT Engineering or a related technical field. A combination of technical and business education is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
